Our office is based on the belief that our patients' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire staff is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Appointments are scheduled during regular business hours. We ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. There may be a cancellation fee if our office is not notified more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To check in for your appointment and complete any required paperwork, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment.
We ask that new patients arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment time to complete administrative paperwork and bring a photo ID as well as your insurance card.Please be sure to have the patient's medical records sent prior to your visit. In addition, we ask that you verify that we've received the child's medical records prior to the appointment.
We open at 8:00 a.m. Monday - Friday

Confirmation and Cancellation
If you must cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a $40.00 cancellation fee. If you receive an appointment confirmation call, please contact us by 8:30 a.m. the morning of your appointment to avoid your appointment being canceled.
After Hours Support
Our office provides an after hours answering service for urgent medical problems. We ask that routine questions, prescription refills, and non-emergency appointments be made during regular business hours.

Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day
Co-pays are to be paid at the time services are rendered. Your co-pay will be collected before you see the provider. The co-pay is set by your insurance plan. (We accept cash, check, debit cards, and credit cards).
Appointments can be made for nurse visits also. Please call our office for more information.
